Layover sets two cookies: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers your preferences. We don't run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. There's nothing here to opt out of beyond signing out.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Some are essential to making the site work — like keeping you signed in. Others are used to count visitors, target ads, or follow you across the web. Layover uses only the first kind.
What we set

Both are first-party cookies — they're set by getlayover.app only, not by anyone else.
Third-party cookies
Layover does not embed third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no PostHog, no Mixpanel), no advertising trackers, no social media buttons, and no embedded fonts that set cookies. There are no third-party cookies on this site.
If this changes — for example, if we add product analytics in future — we'll update this page and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
Managing cookies
Because Layover only sets strictly necessary and functional cookies, we don't show a cookie banner — UK and EU law doesn't require consent for these categories.
You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Removing the sign-in cookies will sign you out. Removing the preferences cookie will reset the app's defaults the next time you load it.
Most browsers let you block all cookies. Layover will not work correctly if you do — sign-in requires the two Supabase cookies to function.
Changes
If we add, remove, or change a cookie, we'll update this page. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent change.
